On July 21, the construction of THI World and Industrial Park, jointly invested and operated by Morgan Stanley Group and THI Group, with a total investment of 100 million US dollars , has become a landmark project in Bacheng Town to promote the grafting and revitalization of land resources.

On the same day, 12 key industrial projects in the town were started, with a total investment of 4.12 billion yuan and an estimated annual output of 11.55 billion yuan . Zhou Wei, Secretary of the Kunshan Municipal Party Committee, Chen Liyan, Deputy Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee and Mayor, Cao Ye, Deputy Mayor, Chen Xiaowen, Executive Director of the Greater China Region of Morgan Stanley Real Estate Department, and Lin Xuehai, President of THI Group’s Asia Pacific Region, and other corporate and project representatives attended the commencement ceremony. Before the event, Zhou Wei and Chen Liyan jointly met with business representatives such as Chen Xiaowen and Lin Xuehai.

The first phase of 5 European and American high-end equipment and semiconductor industry projects signed contracts and entered the park. The industrial park signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Tuohai Capital, Huayi Capital and Savills, which will provide full-cycle services for the park and enterprises.
