The construction of THI Nantong was completed in May as planned, and the first phase of tenant companies have already started to move-in the facilities from this month. The Nantong project is the second project after the Yancheng project. The facilities are BTS custom-built workshop/warehouse designed and built based on the requirements from tenant companies such as SF Express and YIMIDIDA Supply Chain Group.

As a logistics strategic base for the clients, THI Nantong has adopted a space design that enables safe and efficient in high-quality warehouse operations. One of THI’s strength is a development method that emphasizes the customer’s perspective so that the facility can be used for a long-term as a logistics base that meets the requirements of the client companies and supports future growth.
