THI Taicang 1, BTS custom-built workshop and warehouse will be in operation from this month. The construction works were completed in November as scheduled. Tenant companies will start moving in from the end of this month. THI Taicang 1 is the third industrial investment project after Nantong and is a BTS property designed and constructed to meet the client needs such as Taicang Jinpu New Materials and Kümpers.

As a logistics strategic base for the clients, THI Taicang 1 has adopted a space design that enables safe and efficient in high-quality warehouse operations. The tenant company, Kümpers is a technology company that is expected to grow in the Chinese market based on its advanced technology in fiber products for EVs. THI has also invested in the company and plans to support its long-term growth as a business partner.
